Silence has the greatest voice.
The most profound.
Beautiful beyond belief.
Touching you so deeply.
Your Soul connects, it shines, it sparks.
You become alive.
Through the silence.
You are warmly welcome to deeply connect with your Self in the yoga and silent retreat in Turkey, Alanya, Siddashram’s yoga centre from 8th – 16th of August 2020.

Each day we will focus on one chakra. We will do meditations, yoga practices, and meditative walks.
“Significant peace follows mouna (the practice of silence). Random chatting bothers the mind. It constantly directs our attention outside. In silence, speech energy is transformed into spiritual energy. The thoughts diminish and willpower is increased. You will remove a significant bothering factor.”– Swami Sivananda

“Words create duality. In silence, we find our true essence and ourselves. Silence is an omnipresent power, which gives birth to wisdom. Our roots are in the silent void of the universe and it is important, that we would reconnect with silence regularly.” – Doreen Virtue
